You can change the PIN of your QES Signature directly on the MyInfoCert App.
After logging into MyInfoCert with your signature credentials, click on the signature on the dashboard, then enter your current PIN to be able to decide on a new one.
Please note that the QES PIN is different from the Unlock Code that we enter to "unlock" the functions of the MyInfoCert App.
ATTENTION: to proceed to change the PIN, it is necessary to set up the QES account FIRST on the "MyInfoCert" App and ONLY THEN in "GoSign Desktop".
