How to ask for a refund

  • Did you buy a QES Certificate? Please fill out the following documents and send them to: "richieste.rimborso@legalmail.it" (for WITHDRAWAL FORM) and "firma.digitale@legalmail.it" (for REVOCATION FORM).

  • Did you buy GoSign or TimeStamps? Please fill out the WITHDRAWAL FORM document and send it to: "richieste.rimborso@legalmail.it".
