On GoSign Desktop, in the "User profile" section, you can see - if active - the expiry date of the GoSign PRO license.
To renew your license, click on the "renew now" button.
By clicking on the button, you are redirected to the Customer Area of the InfoCert website.
Enter the credentials (email and password) you used when registering and purchasing GoSign PRO for the first time.
Once logged in, click on the "Service Management" box.
Identify the expiring GoSign PRO service in the list of products and click on the "renew" label.
You are redirected to the InfoCert store area where you can renew your GoSign PRO license.
Confirm or enter the information requested on the screen (Billing Information, Payment Options) and finalize the purchase of the service by clicking on the red "COMPLETE THE PURCHASE" button.
If the purchase operation was successful, you receive the message "Order and payment completed successfully, thank you!"
After purchasing the GoSign PRO license renewal, you will receive the InfoCert email confirming the renewal.
