To configure the Remote Signature or QES certificate in GoSign Mobile, you need to enter your:
User ID (assigned by InfoCert when you registered. You will find it on the copy of the Registration Request sent to you or in the email you received immediately after registering with instructions on how to activate the certificate or the User you have choseed after the purchase);
Password (the one you use to access the MySign remote certificate holder portal, and that you customised when activating the certificate).
GoSign Mobile asks you to confirm by entering the OTP code that will be sent to you in a text message.
The sender of the text message is InfoCert, Remote Digital Signature. The message provides the date of the request, the time the OTP Code was generated and the code itself. Enter the code in the field, ensuring you enter it correctly. Tap Ok.

To connect the Wireless Key signature device, ensure that the Bluetooth connection option has been activated. If it is active, the connection symbol will be dark grey. If it is not, it will be light grey, and an error message will be displayed if you try to select it.
Once Bluetooth is activated, you need to put the Wireless Key in pairing mode, which means that it is ready to be recognised and paired with your smartphone (or tablet).
First, press the button on the Wireless Key for 2 seconds. This turns the Wireless Key on. The display flashes blue.
The word paring is used during the connection between two devices.
Then, press the button for two more seconds. The Wireless Key enters pairing mode and the display flashes blue and pink.
The Wireless Key is now ready to be paired with the app.
Tap the Bluetooth connection icon on your device’s screen to detect the device and provide the Wireless Key’s system name, which is composed of a string of five characters.
Tap the Wireless Key name to pair it.
GoSign Mobile confirms that pairing has ended and your first and last name are displayed as the owner of your device.
Note that during pairing, the Bluetooth icon turns green and remains green as long as the Wireless Key is connected to the phone (or tablet).
A battery icon is displayed next to the Bluetooth icon showing the Wireless Key's battery status with the percentage of charge. From a 100% charge to 30%, the battery icon is blue.
From a 30% charge to 10%, the battery icon is yellow (even if the Wireless Key’s display is still flashing blue).
This means that the battery is in reserve power: you can finish signing or browsing a Public Administration portal, but you will need to connect the Wireless Key to your computer soon for charging.
Check the battery status of the Wireless Key often to ensure it is always available and recharge it when necessary.
When the Wireless Key is not connected to the smartphone, and the battery charge is between 100% and 30%, the battery icon will not be visible and the device’s display will be light blue.
When the Wireless Key is connected to the smartphone and the battery charge is between 100% and 30%, the icon will be blue and the display will be green.
When connected to the computer, the Wireless Key's display flashes yellow. When connected to the computer, the Wireless Key’s display flashes green when charging is complete.
When it is disconnected, the display flashes blue. Now you can pair it with your cell phone again to sign documents or browse Public Administration portals securely.
Below a 10% charge, the battery icon turns red and the Wireless Key’s display flashes red.
The Wireless Key battery is discharged: connect the Wireless Key to your computer to recharge it, because it may not pair with your smartphone and you may not be able to sign documents properly.
The estimated battery life is about 14 days, after which the battery is fully discharged. To charge the battery, connect the Wireless Key to a USB port on your computer. It takes about 3-4 hours to recharge a fully discharged battery.
You can disconnect the Remote Signature or QES certificate or time stamp credentials in the GoSign Mobile app at any time. Use the Settings function (Gear icon at the bottom right of the screen).
Simply select the service you want to deactivate, then tap the blue “X” to receive a request to remove the account. Tap Yes.
To disconnect the Wireless Key, simply press the button for 4 seconds to switch it off. Check that the display is dark.
Once configuration is completed you can tap on Home Icon at the bottom of the page and Sart using all the app features.
