Do you have any problems with your PIN?
PIN (Personal Identification Number) is a numerical code that allows the signature owner to sign documents.
PIN code must have the length – fixed – of 8 numeric characters.
The PIN is personal and you have to keep it carefully: it is not possible to replace it. If you forget the signature PIN, you will have to ask for the revocation of the present certificate and buy a new one.
