GoSign Manual (Desktop)

Users: types and profiles
GoSign Desktop is used to perform a lot of functions, such as: signing a document, checking, applying time stamps and many others. If you also need an online archive for faster sharing of documents, it is recommended to have a FREE license (via InfoCert account), which also offers the possibility of using GoSign WEB.
PRO license allows you to have a complete view of the features offered by GoSign Desktop. It can be combined with both the BUSINESS license and the FREE license.
The PRO license adds to the SIGNATURE and TIME STAMP functions:
Sign / time stamp multiple documents at the same time;
Sign / time stamp multiple documents in XAdES formats;
Countersign multiple documents;
Time stamp multiple documents in .TSD format;
Possibility of using time stamp in .TSR and .M7M format on one or more
documents at the same time;
Associate and dissociate in .TSD and .M7M format;
In VALIDATE section is possible to verify multiple documents at the same time. It is also available ENCRYPT/DECRYPT functions and it is possible to work with one or more documents at the same time
To activate the PRO license, it is necessary to enter the license code received via email, in the USER PROFILE menu on the left, in the license section.
